I wanted to thank you and all your staff for your help in settling my case…. All of your staff ….. were especially helpful, patient and informative. I admit it took me a while to build up my trust as I simply have not been accustomed to this kind of honesty in the past. But even beyond that, the professional, caring and attentive manner in which you handle a client is quite the exception to the rule, which I feel, sets you aside from the rest. I can with certainly tell you at least it’s not the "norm". Thank you for setting an example for so many others in the industry.
